Let Him Be God

Isaiah 14:13-15 For you have said in your heart:’I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’  Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.

Like Satan, the moment man starts thinking about himself, he is cast out of the presence of God and into the lowest pit of despair and torment.

Man cannot be aware of God if he is thinking of his own self desires.  The enemy understands, based upon the mistake he made in heaven, if he can keep man’s focus in the dimension of self, man will be cast into to a place of darkness and torment. Nevertheless, if man turns his focus off himself and own to God, like the quickness lightening, he is removed from darkness into God’s marvelous light.

Today, stay focused on God’s ways and relinquish to Him the control of trying to be God in your life. You will find that life is much better when He is in control.
