Psalms 37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret — it only causes harm. This scripture says it all about anger. I have never experienced or seen anger and wrath help a situation. Anger is like a strong wind that sweeps across the field of the heart destroying everything in its path. After it is over, even your own house has been destroyed. When you stop the winds of anger that control you, “Peace” starts rebuilding your heart and also the hearts that have been in its path as well.
