Heb 3:12-13 says Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
There are four useful points in this scripture that describe the power of encouragement:
1. Encouragement protects our heart from becoming evil and walking in unbelief.
2. Encouragement works as an assistant to keep man from departing from the living God.
3. Encouragement is like water that loosens the hard ground of the soul that can fall prey to the deceitfulness of sin.
4. Encouragement is a nature of God.
Encourage someone today and release God in your life.
