James 1:27 – “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”
In this scripture James is trying to show us by simple words what the walk of God is simply to look like while on the earth. If you will notice, it’s not as difficult or competitive as what the world tries to make it out to be. Our deep devotion with God should have an outward expression that the whole world can simply see and identify with – it’s Love….it looks like Jesus.
