Heb 10:25 – Encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
Its wonderful to think that the Lord of the universe has challenged man to encourage one another. The power of our words, whether written or spoken could be the difference in the outcome of an event or even in someone’s life. When man puts someone else’s value above his own, it enables him to give hope and encouragement, causing a life to go upward, instead of down - the point of maybe changing a person’s course from hell to heaven. The day if drawing near! Encourage. Jesus did during the drawing day. It changed our lives.
Brad I think this is something we all need to be looking at. We all face so many negative messages daily. At the sametime if we don’t encourage one another then who will? We are either going to be moved by the Spirit of encouragment or the spirit of accusation. I choose encouragement. I was just thinking that we can stop showing mercy when we are perfect. No perfection here so I will show mercy and encouragent.
