John 21:20-22 says,Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?” 21 Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, “But Lord, what about this man?”
22 Jesus said to him, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.”
At times we find ourselves choosing God’s friends, by judging the type of people that walk closely with Him. This tactic of the enemy only takes us away from experiencing our own close walk with Him. If we let God choose his friends, we then can enjoy our relationship not only with Him but with those that God has chosen to walk with us. Judgment only separates us from experiencing the love of God and the love of our friends that we are connected with. Just follow Jesus and let Him take care of the rest.
