Jesus Is The Vision

In the past several months, true prophetic vision seems as though has been   almost shut down to nothing. Even though several things are being herald in the air, there is very little substance or change that’s occurring.  As I was pondering this issue, I asked the Lord, “Why is all of this happening?” “Why are you not releasing future revelation?” Suddenly, I was caught up in a vision and saw a group of leaders standing in front of the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus was beginning to teach them the mysteries of Christ; yet instead of beholding Him, they pretended to listen while they peered over the Lord’s shoulders to see the future, as though what He had to say was not as important as getting vision for the coming days.

One group became aware of their fault and fell under great conviction, and repented to the Lord. As they beheld and listened to Him, they began glowing white with great authority, and began transforming into the very image of the Lord.  Suddenly Jesus transformed into a huge Door.  The Door opened wide, and those who were gazing upon Him entered into the Kingdom of God, and became one the Father.  Once that certain group had entered, the “Door” disappeared. Jesus had vanished, leaving the other group to themselves.

The second group of people that had gazed over His shoulder at what they thought was the future given by God, was being seen through their gift by their own will, instead of Christ’s. They began to prophesy vain imaginations instead of true vision. For true vision is seen from the will of the Spirit of God, not the will of man. I realized they had become “familiar” with their relationship with Jesus.  When the Lord began began narrowing their vision to just looking at Him and teaching them the mysteries of Christ, they assumed that what they were hearing was elementary and not important as seeing into the future. In watching this transpire, I learned  that entered the spirit realm another way, instead of through Jesus Christ. The scripture in John 10:1-2, came to me and I now knew it deeper than I ever had before.

John 10:1-2

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.  2 But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

This clearly shows that we can enter into the realms of the spirit, but yet, “the other way” is demonic, and out of the order without Christ Jesus. The people began to truly believe their will was God’s will leading them as though they had become “one” with Him. Yet in reality they had taken on the delusional thought that they were “mature” and needed to move on to higher realms of God. Once this type of pride takes over, it causes us to fall into major delusion of grander. This gave me so much understanding of what is happening now and how we all can fall to this type of trap.

The times that we are living in are very spiritual but not all is God. For many are prophesying in His name, their heavenly experiences with the yet their character is not at all transformed in the likeness of Christ Jesus. Also most who have a genuine experience with the Lord speak more about the Lord than they do their spiritual experience. There is also a fear of the Lord that comes with a true encounter with God. Transformation of character and nature occur almost instantly when God shows Himself. (2Cor.3:18)

Those that were pretending to behold the Lord were not transforming into His nature or image.  They were unaware that they were taking own the very nature that caused Satan to fall, which is pride.  They felt they could go higher than the knowledge of the  “simplicity of Christ”, when all of the while, the learning of Christ Jesus was the “key” to opening of the Door to enter the Kingdom of God.  As Jesus began to vanish, they were unaware He had left. They had taken the bait of Satan.

This is definitely a trap we all can fall prey too.  In these times, there are major temptations to gather futuristic revelations of events, even when the Lord is not speaking. Some of this temptation is caused from the expectations of people who are in fear and feel as though they have to know what is coming to get prepared, not realizing they can access the Lord themselves. This is one of the reasons Christ Jesus was crucified, so that all can come boldly before the throne of grace and access God themselves.  For we all have a high priest who can sympathize with us, and was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. (Heb. 4:15-16) These temptations that come are so great that it can cause us to ignore the “still small voice” within, (the Holy Spirit) and gaze into the future with our gift without the leading of the Spirit of God. We will find ourselves prophesying to please people instead of the Lord. We have to remember that the Lord Jesus is the only mediator between man and God. (1Tim.2-5) We are not man’s mediator, nor are we man’s prophets to be used when called upon. If so, we are physics instead of true prophets.

1 Timothy 2:5-6 says, “We are the Lord Jesus Christ’s bondservants, not the enemies’ slave. This is something the Lord is serious about. This type of event happened during the time of  Jeremiah.

Jeremiah 14:14

And the Lord said to me, “The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart.

The greatest vision that man can have right now in His life is the vision of the Lord Jesus Himself. Let us all turn back to the Lord and resist the bait of the enemy.  For this is the season to allow Him to break every yoke, and lift every heavy burden off of us so that we can come back to Jesus and learn of Him. (Matt. 11:29) We are definitely entering into the days of the Lord, and it is the Lord that is going to be the focus, not the things of this world.  We are not to give into the pressure of the world to prophesy visions that are only conjured from our gifting  instead of the leading of the Spirit of God. Lets turn to Him, for He is our true vision.

If we will turn back to Jesus, the veil will be removed and we will find ourselves transforming into the very image that we behold – causing us to enter into the place of becoming “one” with the Father and His son, Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is our future event that is upon us.
