We Are Under Attack! Let’s Get Together!

The Lord spoke to me yesterday and said, “The people are under great attack and are being divided.” I assumed He meant through a political spirit, accusations, etc. He interrupted my prideful assumptions and said, “No it’s worse than those obvious spirits.” I then asked, “What is it?” He responded and said, “It’s busyness. “The enemy is attacking the mind by increasing thoughts of labor, tasks, and overwhelming high responsibilities that bring about fear, causing them to think that is not enough time to get the job done. It’s dividing man’s mind from Me and from one another.” The Lord said this attack is worse than any other that we have been in. I was shocked, but then realized the “serpent does his best work behind “obvious smoke screens” against the body of Christ.

The Lord then gave me Daniel 7:26 that reads – ‘He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.

This is truly one of the tactics that is against us during this era. Satan is trying to cause us to think and labor in such a way that we will alter our time with God and family and friends to get the job done; Not realizing we are playing into the enemies hands. This type of mentality causes us to be divided from the Lord’s time and our time with family and true friends. Even when we are with people our mind is still somewhere else thinking what we have to get done.

We must remember that fellowship with God and man is greater than any task or success. If our lives or time are in right relationship with God and man, success is no problem.

I am not saying we shouldn’t work, but if mentality is on our task in such away that it is altering our personality and tormenting us, then we have let the enemy in to rule our lives. The root of this attack is fear. For fear involves torment.
In 1 John 4:18-19 it says, There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

The Lord also gave me Exodus 5. This was the time when God began to deliver His people out of Egypt. Yet when it was time for deliverance, Pharaoh increased the task upon the people to pressure them in such a way, they didn’t have time to listen to God. Pharaoh said in verse 9 –
“Let more work be laid on the men, that they may labor in it, and let them not regard false words.” The task had become so great that even thinking of taking the time to listen to God became abhorring in the mind of man. This is what is happening to people today.

The pressure was so great, that it also began to divide the people from Moses and God. So much so that they spoke a curse against the very person that was trying to deliver them – Ex 5:21
“Let the Lord look on you and judge, because you have made us abhorrent in the sight of Pharaoh and in the sight of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to kill us.”

After the tension arose Moses went and prayed to God asking for help. This is where we need to be postured right now in our individual lives. Spending the time that we have with God and asking Him for help. If we call upon the “Helper” he will answer our cry and deliver us out of all of our troubles. Psalms 34:17-18

There is so much more to write on this message, but I encourage you to spend time studying these scriptures and ask God to come and help deliver you and God’s people out of this bondage that we have allowed to come in and rule us.

Let’s pray and watch God move on His behalf! Let’s get together with God again. “
